RCST® Professional Membership
For graduates of a BCTA/NA approved foundation training course in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy who have satisfied the requirements to become a Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST®)

Teacher Professional Membership
Open to members who have met the criteria and standards of quality for instruction to become BCTA/NA Approved Teachers

International Professional Membership
For practitioners who have completed a BCST training program, and live and work outside of North America. (Does not include BCTA/NA RCST designation

Student Membership
Available to students enrolled in a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy foundation training taught by a BCTA/NA Approved Teacher

Associate Membership
For individuals who have completed training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and practitioners of any form of craniosacral therapy.

 


Fees, Criteria & Benefits

RCST® Professional Member 

Annual Membership Fee: $145, plus a $50, one-time application fee for nonmembers, the first year 

Member Criteria:

  • Complete the required training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with an approved BCTA/NA teacher(s) to become a Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST®). See the RCST® training requirements here.
  • Provided proof of graduation and letter of recommendation from their approved foundation teacher, to the BCTA/NA Administration.
  • RCST® Member Application

Approved Teacher Professional Member

Annual Membership Fee: $230

Member Criteria:

  • Approval from the BCTA/NA to teach foundation trainings in accordance with BCTA/NA guidelines, Standards for Practitioner Competencies and other requirements. See the complete Approved Teacher criteria and application here.

  • Annual Teacher Meeting – Invitation to BCTA/NA biennial teacher’s meeting, including BCTA/NA covers accommodations and a fixed sum travel stipend.

International Professional Member

Annual Membership Fee: $90

Member Criteria:
  • Graduate from a recognized Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy training program, and live and practice BCST outside of North America.
  • Submit name of school/teachers(s), training dates and copy of your training completion certificatel/letter, if you have one.
  • International Membership is not certification of a training program completed by the practitioner, skill level achieved or compliance with local licensing requirements or business practices. 

    The RCST® credential offered by BCTA/NA for North America is only valid for use by BCTA/NA RCST® members. If you wish to receive the BCTA/NA RCST® credential, please apply for BCTA/NA RCST® professional membership.

Student Member

Annual Membership Fee: $40
(Complimentary in the first year of Foundation Training)

Member Criteria:

  • Are currently enrolled in a foundation training course taught by approved BCTA/NA teacher(s)
  • Can submit proof of training enrollment provided to BCTA/NA Administration if requested.
  • Eligible to continue renewing as a Student Member for one membership year after completing the last module of your Foundation training.

  • Complimentary First Year Membership – If you join during the first year of your Foundation training
  • RCST Membership Discount – Offered during the first 12 months after graduation from a Foundation training

  • Completed Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy foundation training.
  • Not currently practicing or teaching BCST, and wishes to be part of the BCTA/NA community and be informed of news/developments in the field.
