Advertising Courses to the BCTA/NA MembershipBelow are policies and guidelines for promoting courses to BCTA/NA member. Please note that policies for Introductory, Foundation or Advanced Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) Courses are different from policies for courses related to BCST. BCST Introductory, Foundation, Advanced Courses Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Courses - Introductory, Foundation, or AdvancedCourse Listings on the BCTA/NA Website Only approved BCTA/NA teachers can list their Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Introductory Courses, Foundation Courses, and/or Advanced Courses on the BCTA/NA website. At Foundation trainings listed, there must be an approved teacher for 100% of the training, for the students to be eligible for RCST® membership. There is no fee for website listings. Foundation Courses are listed as ‘Current Courses’ for the first four months of the training. After that time, they are moved into a ‘Past Courses’ section on the course listing web page. On June 15 of each year, any past foundation courses that are more than four months into their training are removed from the website. All other Course listings, including Introductory classes, will be removed two months after the course has completed. To request your course be listed, please use complete the appropriate Course Listing Request form:
You must be a BCTA/NA Approved Teacher to access these request forms. If your course details change, please let us know immediately, so we can keep your listing accurate. Email Promotion to Members Approved teachers can promote a specific Introductory, Foundation or Advanced Course they are offering to the BCTA/NA membership through an e-blast announcement.
Related OfferingsOfferings related to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy can be promoted to the BCTA/NA membership through a paid email advertisement. The following members are eligible to promote their Related offerings in a paid email advertisement sent to the BCTA/NA membership:

HOW TO SUBMIT RELATED OFFERINGS LISTING AND EMAIL PROMOTION
IF RELATED OFFERINGS BOARD APPROVED DETAILS CHANGE, to assure listing accuracy:
Approved Related Offerings changes: If an offering changes and no longer meets the Related Offerings standards, BCTA/NA reserves the right to delist and cancel the email promotion. If the related course has not ensued, fees paid will be refunded. If you have any questions about this policy or whether your related offering can be advertised, please contact us. Once you have submitted your request for an e-blast email announcement, please follow this process: 1) Send your promotional content to Pam Hower, at [email protected]. 2) Required format: One page flyer, mix of words, logos, and pictures if desired, ready to drop in.
3) Upon receipt of the content and confirmation of payment, the editor will create the email within one week. A test copy will then be sent to you to be approved. Once approved, the e-blast promotion will be sent to the membership on the requested date(s). The BCTA/NA Board of Directors reserves the right to determine if the email content is relevant to our membership. |
