BCTA/NA Policies for Advertising Courses on the Website

Only approved BCTA/NA teachers can list Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Introductions, Foundation Courses, and/or Advanced Craniosacral Biodynamics Courses on the website.  There must also be an approved teacher for 100% of the training, for their students to be eligible for RCST® membership.

  • There is no fee for a BCTA/NA approved teacher to list courses on the website.  Please go to the specific page where you would like to  post your class/training, and click on the link at the top of that page to fill out the form.

BCTA/NA Approved teachers can also list related courses on the website (Related Courses) page with no fee, as long as they are teaching at least 50% of the course.

Approved teachers can promote a specific course they are offering  to the BCTA/NA membership through a Constant Contact E Blast email announcement.

Related Courses Website Page
All non-biodynamic craniosacral therapy courses are listed on the ‘Related Courses’ website page

An RCST® member or approved teacher can host / sponsor a reputable non-member instructor for a course they are teaching.

  • The fee is $150.
  • It includes one Constant Contact E Blast email announcement (see below for details) to the membership
  • It also includes a listing of the class on the ‘Related Courses’ page of the website

An RCST® member ( non-teacher) of BCTA/NA teaching a related course, can list that course on the related courses page for a $50 one time fee

  • That member can also request a Constant Contact E Blast Email to the  membership for a $100 fee per E Blast (See below for more details)

The BCTA/NA reserves the right to post only courses we feel are beneficial to our members.

Constant Contact E Blast Paid Email Announcements

Required format: One page flyer, mix of words, logos, and pictures if desired, ready to drop in.

  •  .gif or .png format is needed. File needs to be no bigger than 350KB.  800 pixels wide or less, Font size 14 or larger and darker font colors are optimal for viewers to read the email
  • Content suggestions: Course description, instructor bio, location, cost, contact information.
  •  If your flyer is of smaller font and has a lot of details, please create a more succinct description for the E Blast.  The editor can then create a  link in the E Blast (within the BCTA/NA email program) to your more detailed document file, or the editor can give a link directly to your website for more specific course details.

Upon receipt of the content and confirmation of payment, the editor will create the email within one week.  She will then send a test copy to the member/teacher to be approved.
Upon approval, the E Blast email will be sent to the membership on the requested date(s).

The BCTA/NA Board of Directors reserves the right to determine if the content of the email is relevant to our membership.

Our procedures for managing course listings are:
On the Foundation courses page has two sections:
—  Current Courses
—  Past Course Offerings (Current courses get moved to ‘Past Courses’ at four months
into the course)

  • On June 15th of each year, any past foundation courses that are more than four months into their training will be removed from the website
  • All other class page listings, including Introductory classes, will be removed two months after the course has completed
