In honor of International Craniosacral Therapy Awareness week, we are supporting our sister organization in the U.K, the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA), in sharing the benefits Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) offers to help reduce anxiety and bring calm in these trying times.

These are very challenging times for so many of us. It's a time when it's so important to find the health and resources for yourself, your loved ones, and your clients. Here are some suggestions to help you do that:

  1. Share one of the settling meditations listed above.
  2. Watch one of our Professional Development webinars. (You will need to log in to access them)
  3. Download an introduction to BCST
  4. Read articles and books ranging from introductory to more advanced information on BCST.
  5. Get a session  from a Registered Craniosacral Therapist listed in our Practitioner Referral Directory.
