BCTA/NA teacher compensation includes teacher’s meeting fees and meals/lodging during teacher meeting, plus a small travel stipend.

We are so thrilled to offer you such an exciting line up of presenters this year! We have incorporated the feedback from the last 3 conferences to create the best conference environment possible. We will be in a new location in the beautiful high desert of New Mexico, with a variety of presentation styles including Poster sessions, shorter “Ted Talk” style presentations, and hour and 90 minute presentations. We have arranged for 2 hours of table exchange time each day, and completely revamped the schedule with plenty of fun after hours events as well. Canadian RCST® and Student Member $150 – After August 1st: $200
U.S. RCST® & Allied member $200 – After August 1st: $250
U.S. Student Member $175 – After August 1st: $225
Non-member $225 – After August 1st: $275

This Conference will be sharing advanced Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy concepts along with table session trades. A background in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is highly recommended.
Post Conference Registration fees:
Canadian Member $100
Student Member $125
RCST® & Allied member $150
Private Room: 1 room with private bath, can house 1-2 people
$150 per person per night – all food and fees included – SOLD OUT
Semi–Private Room: 2 rooms with shared bathroom in between, can house 2 to 4 people
$110 per person per night – all food and fees included – SOLD OUT
Corral Block Room: 1 room with shared bathroom down the hall, can house 2 to 4 people
$100 per person per night – all food and fees included
Casita: a small 1 room cottage with bath 50 to 75 ft outside, can house 2 to 3 people
$95 per person per night– all food and fees included
Campground w/electrical connection: Flat $25 per day, 2 tent limit per site (no limit on people/site) With an additional $40 per person per night – all food and fees included
Daily Commuter: $50 per day- all food and fees included
Our recommendation is to fly into Albuquerque (ABQ) airport. Travel time is approx. 2 hours to Ghost Ranch
There is also a smaller airport in Santa Fe, which will require arranging your own transportation.

1/2 payment due at time of registration

Full payment due by August 1st
Payments received after August 1st will incur a $50 late fee
All cancellations must be submitted in writing
50% of Transportation fees are non-refundable once booked
One can cancel until July 8th and be refunded the full amount
Cancellations received in writing by August 8th will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations received in writing after August 8th will not receive a refund
Registration after August 8th is based on availability
