This website occasionally posts information in PDF files. PDF files are a standard method of presenting 'printed' documents in electronic form. You can view, download, and print PDF files. On this site, PDF files appear as underlined hyperlinks. If you click a link to a PDF file and you're lucky, you will see the contents of the PDF file. Often, however, and especially if the file is large, you will wait and wait to see a single page, and then wait and wait again if you want to see the next page. To avoid the wait, you can download the PDF file to your own computer, and then once the file is saved safely to your computer, you can open it up and view it without waiting each time you want to scroll to a new page.
