Introductory courses generally last between one and five days and give you a quick but substantive, hands-on experience practicing craniosacral work. When evaluating the prices below, consider the number of days in the training; not all courses are the same length. Contact the teacher to see how long the course is.

For some teachers, the Intro Course is exactly the same as Module 1 of the 10-module Foundation Course. If you attend one of those Intro Courses, be prepared to be learning with other students who are attending the longer Foundation Course.
